# Ledger protection and reading: Feature Acceptance Suite

## What the Feature Must Do as a Whole

Ledger integrity and reading form one trustworthy inspection boundary. The suite verifies what a reader can inspect after successful writes, refused writes and controlled recovery.

## Interactions Between Capabilities

Storage protection and reporting are checked together. Ordinary recovery and fiscal reopening provide different histories, so both are included in the read-view verification.

## Regression Record

| Revision | Change | Scenario | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | initial | all | Establish cumulative feature acceptance from the pinned planning and design outcomes. |
