## What the Screen Is For

Maintain the workspace’s named invoice payment terms.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The workspace-wide list offers creation, replacement, availability changes and deletion without a unit filter. Entering days can suggest a Net name, which staff may replace. The side editor shows the current availability.

## States and Errors

The console requires whole days from zero through one thousand, while the service supports fractional values to two decimal places. Names cannot be blank. Referenced terms can be retained by database restrictions, including an installment-reference refusal that is not translated into a useful service message. Stale saves require a reload.
