# Accounting Exchange Rates browser suite

## Verification Boundary

The browser exercises configuration screens against local response handlers. The suite checks the displayed controls and request flow in that simulated environment.

## What This Suite Proves

The suite has executable assertions within this module’s implementation boundary, but no complete acceptance scenario is mapped to them yet. Its empty implementation list makes that remaining work explicit.

## What It Does Not Prove

Simulated responses do not prove service authorization, database safeguards or live financial outcomes. No result is claimed for the pinned revision until the suite runs and its evidence is reviewed.

## Real Dependencies and Test Doubles

The console components and browser interactions are real. Local handlers supply response data and mutable fixture state.

## Must Not Be Doubled

The screen components, permission-driven controls and exercised request construction remain the production code under test. Replacing them would erase this suite’s browser boundary.
