## Verdict

The module now has capability tests in design, cumulative feature acceptance in planning and a register of existing executable suites. Proposed scenarios and explicit findings distinguish specified coverage from executable assertions and verified results. Runtime qualification remains outstanding, including the chart currency conflict and the unbound lifecycle, permission and joined regression examples.

## Validation

Dependency installation and corpus conformance pass with zero errors. All seven corpus tests pass, and the module audit validates hierarchy, sources, bindings and allocations. Registered application suites remain unexecuted and their conformance remains unverified.
