# Close and reopen infrastructure synthesis

## Verification Boundary

Local CDK synthesis checks the declared close and reopen infrastructure. It neither deploys resources nor invokes AWS workflows.

## What This Suite Proves

CDK assertions inspect the two workflow definitions, task-function aliases, invoke grants, aging wait state, failure alarms and supplied workflow addresses.

## What It Does Not Prove

This register records assertion scope without claiming a passing run or complete coverage of every rule and scenario variant.

## Real Dependencies and Test Doubles

The infrastructure declaration is synthesized locally with CDK assertions. AWS resources and state machines are not deployed or invoked.

## Must Not Be Doubled

Run the production rule, mapper or declaration being asserted. Supplied inputs are appropriate here; they do not establish database, public API or deployed workflow behavior.
