## Context

Keeping settings in a catalogue does not establish their effects at purchase. Each downstream consumer needs its own implementation and proof.

## Decision

Accounting stores and validates selling configuration, with documented price evaluation assigned to Commerce and purchase-time discounts, limits, tasks and confirmations assigned to Orders.

## Alternatives Considered

Apply these instructions while issuing Accounting invoices. Purchasing decisions belong to Orders before the financial document is issued.

## Consequences

This boundary records intended consumers. A configured feature is incomplete until its purchasing behavior exists and is proved.
