# Outstanding Standing Is Derived for the Requested Day

## Context

Staff need timing answers for review dates without waiting for a nightly status rewrite.

## Decision

Persist financial facts and arrival dates, then derive outstanding standing for the requested day.

## Alternatives Considered

Persist standing and advance it through nightly updates. Late or failed execution would leave an authoritative-looking stale state.

Calculate arrival dates again for every read. Later policy changes would move earlier effects and make indexed date queries harder.

## Consequences

Queries and detectors use equivalent classification rules with calendar-boundary evidence. Standing filters incur scanning cost because standing is derived. Readiness computes overdue facts independently of scheduled concern creation.
