## Context

The recorded release scope provides reconciliation before payout connectors.

## Decision

Use staff payout entry now and defer processor payout imports to a later integration.

## Alternatives Considered

Implement only the test processor import now. The recorded decision does not treat that test path as sufficient customer coverage.

## Consequences

Import-related fields and ranking vocabulary do not establish a deployed import process. Matching neither solves amount combinations nor automatically claims effects. Readiness marks processor matching unavailable until import support exists.
