# Outstanding payments

## What the Screen Is For

This view helps staff investigate collected money that has not entered an approved explanation.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Browser-calculated summaries distinguish traveling, held-in-draft, overdue and policy-handled effects. Rows show customer, merchant, timing, amount and candidate payout links; an eligible concern offers acceptance with a reason.

## States and Errors

Shared load and empty states apply. Acceptance authority controls policy requests, while split and write-off controls are absent. Local calendar-day calculations can disagree with service business-day standing.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The Standard layout uses summary figures, filters, record links and the acceptance dialog. Service-derived timing and currency presentation remain findings.
