## What the Screen Is For

Review cancellation of selected billed value, including fees and the treatment of released money.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Staff select line treatment, an optional cancellation fee, money-return treatment and an explanation through four steps. Inline review shows the preview before submitting the coordinated operation.

## States and Errors

Service refusal identifies the affected financial condition. A later return may leave the resulting cancellation pending or complete with an explicit exception.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The frontmatter names the components and layout actually used. Confirmation behavior is action-specific, including inline review and direct submission where implemented. The contract records the current console behavior without declaring an approved visual baseline.
