## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The retained reduction record links to its invoice and offers eligible void and reassignment actions. There is no rendered detail-edit control despite the service supporting a detail operation.

## States and Errors

Void retains cancellation information and prevents another void. Read permission alone leaves mutation actions unavailable.
