## What the Screen Is For

Inspect additional billed charges and perform eligible cancellation or batch reassignment.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The added-charge record links back to billing and exposes eligible void and batch actions. It does not render the service’s separate detail-edit capability.

## States and Errors

Void retains the cancelled adjustment and prevents another void. Read-only users receive unavailable-action explanations.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The component uses the listed header, tabs and dialogs without a page-layout wrapper. No Standard layout is asserted for this route. The contract records the current console behavior without declaring an approved visual baseline.
