## What the Screen Is For

Inspect a money-return request and perform eligible approval, execution or withdrawal.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Lifecycle actions route approval, payment and cancellation through the service. Approval distinguishes the requester from the approver; payment uses the stored manual or electronic return method.

## States and Errors

Processing remains unresolved until provider recovery or staff resolution. Paid and cancelled returns expose their retained result without further lifecycle work.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The frontmatter names the components and layout actually used. Confirmation behavior is action-specific, including inline review and direct submission where implemented. The contract records the current console behavior without declaring an approved visual baseline.
