# Invoice Adjustments: Feature Acceptance Suite

## What the Feature Must Do as a Whole

Finance can reduce, increase or abandon billed value and retain the explanation for restoring it. Coordinated cancellation must expose the adjustment and money-return components together.

## Interactions Between Capabilities

A billed reduction changes receipt availability, and coordinated cancellation adds fee and return treatment to that released value. Opposing adjustments preserve the records needed to explain restored debt.

## Regression Record

Revision one establishes the initial cumulative suite. Later changes revisit dependent scenarios, and retired scenarios retain their identities and reasons.
