  - option: Disable fixture-backed qualification and handlers until their owners are connected

consequences:
  - Configurable member and handler settings can lack real deployed dependency behaviour.
  - Port adapters can be replaced without changing their calling pricing contracts.

# Fixture Pricing Adapters and Conditional Runtime Wiring

## Context

Pricing dependencies were introduced behind ports before all owner services were wired. A supported factory is different from evidence that a deployed environment uses it.

## Decision

Membership and handler factories remain fixtures, while display eligibility selects real Platform transport only when its environment is configured.

## Alternatives Considered

Disable fixture-backed qualification and handlers until their owners are connected. This remains the recommended product choice for binding work rather than an implemented refusal.

## Consequences

Configurable member and handler settings can lack real deployed dependency behaviour. Port adapters can be replaced without changing their calling pricing contracts.
