## What the Screen Is For

Locate selling stores and manage their availability.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Rows display policy, assortment, opening category, sort and status. Creation, activity and deletion controls follow their separate grants.

## States and Errors

Loading, empty, filtered-empty and failure states are visible. Activity toggles execute directly; deletion confirms and may be refused by checkout or order references.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The Standard list uses Table, ListToolbar, DropdownMenu, PermissionHint and a dedicated DeleteStoreDialog.
