## What the Screen Is For

Find campaigns by status, claim method or search text.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Rows summarize benefits, usage, dates and status, with edit navigation and the shared lifecycle controls. Creation uses management authority. The built list has no duplicate action.

## States and Errors

Loading, request failures and empty searches have distinct presentation. The console derives scheduled display status from active campaign dates; archived campaigns are omitted from ordinary results.

## Patterns It Must Respect

Standard layout uses TableCard, SearchBox, SegmentedControl and PagerBar alongside PromotionLifecycleActions.
