# Permanent identifiers for Commerce purchasing

Reserve identifiers before creating their records. Existing allocations remain permanent, including when an artifact is superseded. Earlier acceptance inventories contribute historical seeds through supersedes; their number sequences are independent. Commerce actors share one product-area sequence.

## Examination Reservations

This pass allocates four findings and six rule-and-acceptance pairs. The added behavior covers schedule reads, line-grain cancellation, proration, transfers, stock adjustments and the persisted cart lifecycle. No existing identifier is reused or renumbered.

## Design Examination Allocations

| Id | Purpose |
|---|---|
| `FND-COM-ORD-054` | Mirror refresh can overwrite a newer derivation |
| `FND-COM-ORD-055` | Authorization updates lack their own lifecycle guard |
| `FND-COM-ORD-056` | Design overstates uniform after-sale order eligibility |
| `FND-COM-ORD-057` | Broad invariant claims exceed their cited test evidence |

## Area Backfill Allocations

| Id | Purpose |
|---|---|
| `AREA-COM` | Commerce overview |
| `AUTH-COM` | Commerce authorization model |
| `ROLE-COM-001` | Commerce Read Only policy grouping |
| `ROLE-COM-002` | Commerce User policy grouping |
| `ROLE-COM-003` | Commerce Administrator policy grouping |
| `ROLE-COM-004` | Delivering application callback identity |

## Control Backfill Allocations

| Id | Purpose |
|---|---|
| `FND-COM-ORD-058` | Finished carts retain purchasing-party and recipient references because the planned retention deletion has no sweep caller; abandonment alone does not remove their retained data. |
| `FND-COM-ORD-059` | Financial summary refresh writes without comparing the age of the stored result; a slower refresh can overwrite a newer derivation without a visible concurrency refusal. |
| `FND-COM-ORD-060` | Order interventions retain local history, but the selected shared audit provider only logs the event and cannot publish it to the shared audit store; local evidence does not establish the complete privileged audit path. |
| `FND-COM-ORD-061` | A deferred or refused installment reduction is recorded without an operational exception or an automatic continuation; the retained schedule can remain inconsistent with the cancelled purchase. |
| `FND-COM-ORD-062` | Some service permission fields combine keys with explanatory access text, while the authorization checker compares the entire field literally. The authorization catalogue preserves those descriptions as non-grantable annotations; normalized permission references need a separate corpus change. |
