## What the Screen Is For

Staff collect an outstanding pay-now amount before the sale's payment deadline.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The dialog shows amount, remaining time and available methods, including disabled methods with explanations. Card choice delegates entry to Accounting; offline choice records the method and reference. Completion refreshes the order view.

## States and Errors

Processor decline remains available for a new attempt. Uncertainty waits on the existing attempt, and stale-state refusals refresh purchase facts rather than continuing with old eligibility.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The dialog uses the shared controls and Accounting payment entry. Frozen policy supplies method and amount eligibility.
