## What the Screen Is For

Staff start a customer's goods return and provide the authorization or approval status.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Eligible line quantities and their window information support selection. A reasoned request returns authorization number, deadline and instructions, or a pending approval result.

## States and Errors

Ineligible lines remain disabled with an explanation. Changes cards expose pending approval, and stale-order refusals refresh the purchase.

Shared dialog and input controls present service-supplied eligibility and deadlines.
