# Use Pasted Video Links for the Deferred Milestone

## Context

Automatic room work has an outbox and a provider port, but its deployment flag defaults off. The cited decision selects pasted links for the nearer scope.

## Decision

Staff supply a video link while automatic room creation remains unavailable to the product surface until the later adapter milestone.

## Alternatives Considered

Expose automatic room creation immediately. The necessary adapter work and service account are not part of the scheduled scope.

## Consequences

The durable room path stays documented while its gateway is disabled by default. Editing one video value still needs the selected preservation behavior for the rest of the document.
