# Withhold Volunteer Governance Attention

## Context

The conditions are implemented, but the registration list intentionally withholds these three definitions. This decision follows the existing milestone answer instead of choosing their audience again.

## Decision

The recorded registration excludes minutes awaiting approval, overdue disclosures and nomination review lines from publication and sweeping until the volunteer and portal phase.

## Alternatives Considered

Register the three governance lines now. Product chose staff Home work first and deferred these volunteer concerns.

## Consequences

Restoring a line requires changing its registration entry and registering the intended responsibility audience.
