# Provision, Export, Reset And Purge The Module'S Data With The Workspace

## What It Does

CRM participants provide workspace setup, export and privileged removal. Duplicate provisioning installs defaults, while merge state has nothing to seed. Export retains the business configuration, exceptions, merge originals and identity aliases.

## The Flow

```mermaid
  H1["Apply the three default duplicate configurations for contact e-mail, contact name and postal code, and organization website matches."]
  H2["Report that merge provisioning needs no seed records."]
  H3["Export rules, creation exceptions, merge originals and aliases through the owner datasets, excluding derived matching and operational work."]
  H2 --> H3
  H4["Purge keys, comparisons, groups, rules, batches, runs and exceptions; remove merge jobs, aliases and plans before history. Reset follows its reset plan and reseeds defaults."]
  H3 --> H4
```

## When Something Fails

Participant removal is batched, so completed batches can remain removed if later work fails. CRM propagates owner failure; automatic retry by Platform has not been verified at a pinned owner commit.

## Open Design Questions

Reset must remove aliases to avoid blocking reloaded record identities, and it reseeds duplicate configuration. The registry’s narrow path list and unavailable external standards remain examination limitations recorded in findings.
