Their account identity anchors the menu. Personal responsibilities and administrative destinations appear according to context and authority. Support opens separately so the current work can remain visible. Feedback currently ends with local acknowledgement rather than delivery. The product should provide a destination for Profile and a delivery path for feedback. ## Relationships - Security owns session termination and account identity. - Settings navigation and staff mode supply the contextual destinations. - Eligibility owns the personal responsibilities screen.
