# Data Management Entry

## Purpose and Behavior

The area entry redirects on the server to its first navigation destination, Data Imports. It has no job data or controls of its own.

## States and Refusals

Navigation is the only visible state. The destination page performs its own permission check.

## Console Patterns

The console navigation configuration supplies the destination; the area entry follows the shared area-home redirect pattern.
