## Context

Home must show stored attention without asking every application to recompute business conditions.

## Decision

Applications publish and resolve attention through restricted database functions within their business transactions, and repair their conditions through provider sweeps.

## Alternatives Considered

Union live application views when Home opens: Home would depend on the latency and availability of every provider.

Make Platform interpret all application conditions: Platform would accumulate business logic owned by other areas.

## Consequences

A rejected attention write can roll back the provider’s business transaction. A companion key row enforces one open occurrence. The last sweep stamp helps expose stale provider maintenance.
