# Adjust shared attention and personal visibility

## Purpose

Shared settings adapt attention to the organization, while personal visibility choices reduce irrelevant optional work. Both operate within the declared kind’s limits.

## How It Works

An administrator reads the kind catalogue and its settings. Allowed adjustments include wording, visibility, rank and follow-up policy. Validation checks examples and declared bounds. Version checks protect against stale replacement. Audit evidence explains accepted changes. A person can hide optional kinds in their own view. Required kinds cannot be hidden personally. Current service routes expose these settings and preferences. The product should provide their planned console screens.
