Existing bindings often cover selected assertions across several files rather than the full
stated scenario. The specification narrows identical-holding uniqueness proof and does not
count unreachable steps as acceptance proof.

Most cumulative feature scenarios have no executable suite that performs their full sequence.
Related-capability scenarios specify the seams, but the multi-record purge workflow still
lacks joint proof across decision, population, responsibility and attention stores.

# Eligibility, Responsibilities and Attention: Testing Back-Fill

## Counts

| Measure | Total |
|---|---|
| Capability specifications | 20 |
| Capability scenarios | 267 |
| Feature suites / scenarios | 6 / 30 |
| Registered executable suites | 512 |
| Capability / feature suite bindings | 366 / 1 |
| Category gaps recorded in findings | 118 |
| Suites without scenario mappings | 329 |

The first pass adds eighty-five capability scenarios and thirty feature scenarios. Its category counts remain in the metadata; this continuation adds no scenarios or permanent ids.

## Continuation (pass 2)

The continuation examines every capability test specification, feature suite and executable register entry against the pinned files. Every capability has a ten-category map and its scenarios carry categories; every feature has its suite and acceptance reference. Bound test titles resolve, registered files exist and suite references agree in both directions.

The scenario action and assertion evidence is now explicit in all twenty capability specifications and six feature suites. Binding notes distinguish the assertions contributed by existing tests from the remainder of a proposed sequence. Twenty-seven executable entries have their case lists corrected to remove thirty-seven punctuation or escape fragments extracted from source expressions rather than test titles; identifiers, files and proof mappings remain unchanged.

Seven required rules lack scenarios and each already cites a coverage finding. All remaining category gaps, incomplete mappings and missing cumulative execution are retained as findings rather than represented as completed proof. No artifact is identified by the previous report as awaiting an OpenAI rewrite; its remaining work was checker compatibility and final validation, both now resolved on this branch.

## Recorded Coverage Work

The existing findings retain gaps in detailed scenarios, executable mappings and complete feature sequences. The unmapped suites require assertion-level review before receiving proof claims. Cross-store purge, failure recovery, audience races and reminder behavior remain material gaps; the source inventory alone cannot settle them.

## Validation

Dependency installation and corpus conformance pass with zero errors. The corpus tooling suite passes all seven tests. Existing corpus warnings remain; no Platform integration suite or browser journey is executed by this continuation, and every runtime result remains unqualified.

## Verdict for Andrew

The testing documentation is complete at the pinned revisions, with remaining examination items either resolved or recorded as findings. Executable proof is weakest at cumulative feature sequences, partially mapped scenarios and cross-store recovery. Before qualification, assign those coverage findings to executable work and resolve the existing reminder, audience and product-rule replacement decisions.
