## What the Screen Is For

Create and authenticate an account link, follow verification and optionally choose its capability binding.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The wizard derives authentication choices from the integration declaration. It collects account details, stores credentials or starts provider sign-in, follows account verification and offers a business-unit binding. Credential APIs require credential-management authority independently of the wizard’s management gate.

## States and Errors

The Library rejects entry without its read authority. Shared loading and error presentation handles data reads; mutation controls are gated separately. A visible control can still be refused by the API’s independent authorization or lifecycle validation.
