## What the Screen Is For

Configure domain-event subscriptions and inspect their delivery outcomes.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Subscription and delivery tabs distinguish configuration from operational results. Managers can subscribe, pause, resume and remove; delivery retry uses the execution-operation permission at its API boundary.

## States and Errors

The Library rejects entry without its read authority. Shared loading and error presentation handles data reads; mutation controls are gated separately. A visible control can still be refused by the API’s independent authorization or lifecycle validation.
