# Choose an account and inspect a gateway test call

## Story

An administrator assigns a general payment account and a business unit exception. Explain makes the selection visible before a call is sent. The administrator then tests an account directly and follows its recorded attempts in Activity. A direct test and a routed application call have different binding evidence, even when they use the same account.
