# Three Rendering Modes Decide Who Supplies the Content

## Context

Some domains supply compiled content while others use association-authored publications.

## Decision

A purpose selects association-template rendering, caller-rendered content or Marketing-owned publication rendering.

## Alternatives Considered

Using association templates for every domain would displace Accounting’s and Marketing’s content ownership.

## Consequences

Persistence distinguishes caller content without a version from normal Platform rendering with a pinned publication. Future staff e-mail is intended to enter through caller-rendered purposes. Supplied owned-template service identity does not establish authenticated ownership.
