## What the Screen Is For

Explain the selected notice’s audience and show the outcome for each channel.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Channel summaries remain visible while the explanation loads. A failed explanation read shows a short error in the sheet. Closing the sheet returns to the unchanged inbox.

## States and Errors

Loading and failed reads are presented within the screen or sheet. Personal action results are reported where the implementation provides feedback; the underlying notice remains the source of its read and archive state.

## Patterns It Must Respect
