## What the Screen Is For

Browse stored dashboards and create one from the existing start dialog or template choices.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The page lists dashboard cards that open the designer. The New Dashboard dialog creates a report of dashboard kind. This list has no delete row action; deletion belongs to other presentation surfaces.

## States and Errors

Loading, a failed catalog request and the first-dashboard empty state use separate feedback. Template choices can start a dashboard from the empty state.

## Patterns It Must Respect

The full-width PageLayout uses the existing header, linked cards, thumbnails and new-dashboard dialog.
