Request password recovery without confirming whether the address has an account.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The form validates the supplied address and asks the console provider for a recovery code. Its successful next step is the neutral check-e-mail page.

## States and Errors

The address response avoids confirming account existence. Field and provider errors appear through the form components; this is recovery, not administrative password management.

The state rows describe observed loading, empty, refusal or inactive handling where present. Linked validation rules belong to the planning layer; client feedback and authoritative service checks have distinct responsibilities.
