## What the Screen Is For

Present neutral recovery confirmation and offer bounded code resend or code entry.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The page offers code entry, resend and return to sign-in. Resend is disabled without an address or during cooldown and shows pending progress while sending.

## States and Errors

A resend failure is displayed in a form alert. The confirmation remains neutral about account existence; it does not prove a message was delivered.

The state rows describe observed loading, empty, refusal or inactive handling where present. Linked validation rules belong to the planning layer; client feedback and authoritative service checks have distinct responsibilities.
