Explain a refused or expired session and provide a route back to sign-in.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

The page translates retained session-ending context into an explanation and a sign-in-again action. It does not perform password or permission administration.

## States and Errors

A new sign-in uses the safe destination rules, and only a usable evaluated context admits protected content again.

The state rows describe observed loading, empty, refusal or inactive handling where present. Linked validation rules belong to the planning layer; client feedback and authoritative service checks have distinct responsibilities.
