# Deletion Requests List

## What the Screen Is For

This proposed list helps staff review pending removal and retained deletion history. It includes held, cancelled and completed requests as well as scheduled work.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Show each request’s standing, copied workspace and customer identity, requester, request time, eligibility date and latest hold facts. Read pages in eligibility and identifier order, with server filters for standing or workspace. Opening a row reads the request detail. The list response contains no notice delivery or calculated blockage; displaying that requires another read or a service change.

## States and Errors

Use an empty result when no request matches the filters. Show loading and request failures, and refuse entry when deletion-reading authority is absent. Retained identity remains useful after the workspace is removed.

## Patterns It Must Respect

Server paging and filters support the documented list requirement. Record Explorer, a design-system table and Standard layout are candidate patterns whose use has not been checked against a console component. The address remains an assumption.
