# Workspace Unavailable Page

## What the Screen Is For

A refused workspace request should give the person a clear explanation that the workspace is unavailable. The service’s refusal covers several lifecycle and business-status conditions.

## What It Shows and Lets People Do

Present the uniform unavailability message with workspace switching and sign-out. The response does not identify the lifecycle reason; that detail stays in the deciding service’s log.

## States and Errors

The contract describes an unavailable state. Authorized staff system routes can remain available, and loading admits authorized data-job routes. During deletion the availability gate permits staff reads only; HQ record routes that bypass this gate need separate treatment.

## Patterns It Must Respect

Place the message consistently with the shell’s other access and availability refusals. This is a documented requirement, while the component, exact route and existing rendering remain unverified in the registered source scope.
