# Submissions Actors

Staff administer and review applications in the current console. The actor definitions distinguish ordinary coordination, assigned assessment, reading and exceptional administrator authority. Applicant and contributor backends precede their deferred portal screens. Registered owning applications and scheduled engine work participate through integrations and jobs.
