Close History
What the Screen Is For
History helps reviewers find monthly closing state and past requests across business units. It also offers an authorized correction for the latest closed month.
What It Shows and Lets People Do
The Periods tab groups months in collapsible year sections with attribution, captured-readiness counts and reopen counts. Closed months with a run reference link to the run; other months link to their workspace. The Runs tab lists request kind, month, status, requester and times, with unit, kind and status filters.
Reopen appears only after authorization supplies an eligible target. A disabled-permission button branch exists, but absent service authorization normally suppresses that target.
States and Errors
Units, calendars and run queries expose loading and retry panels. Empty notices distinguish missing calendar data from no matching runs. The adapter follows at most twenty pages per run query and silently returns its accumulated rows if more history remains; this screen cannot promise a complete inventory.
Patterns It Must Respect
The page uses the inherited read guard, PageLayout, PageHeader, Tabs, filter Select controls, Tables, StatusPill, Collapsible year sections and the shared reopen dialog.
