What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

The screen presents charge edits and an inline review step. Its preview and apply adapters currently return the feature-not-connected failure, so it does not reach the service amendment command.

States and Errors ​

Both preview and submission remain disconnected. The pending product delivery choice concerns connecting or retiring this surface; Andrew’s recorded amendment permission is already established.
