Register a selling application

What It Does

Registration supplies a global routing declaration for each selling application's products. It validates manifest and database claim boundaries, then reconciles active and retired declarations atomically.

The Flow

When Something Fails

Refusal leaves the prior registry intact. The deployment caller receives that refusal; whether it stops alias promotion belongs to that application's deployment, not the registration function.

Open Design Questions

Commerce still widens the manifest to support type-level audience defaults. Aligning that declaration with the common contract remains future work.
