New Committee ​

What the Screen Is For ​

The creation form records a body’s name, classification, unit, parent and initial policy. Successful save opens its record, with template places created by the service where required.

What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

The registered committee form is rendered by FormEngine. Selecting a type supplies initial choices that staff can adjust, and dissolved standing is excluded from the creation choice.

States and Errors ​

The editor waits for metadata and vocabulary, reports failed or refused form loading, and displays service validation. Route authorization excludes readers without management permission, while a leave guard confirms abandonment of unsaved work.

Patterns It Must Respect ​

The existing shared form renderer and EditorActionBar remain the implementation baseline. The organizational-unit control accepts a textual reference, and custom values remain unavailable through the API.
