Tasks
What the Screen Is For
This workspace page is the console’s task workbench. It defaults to personal unfinished work and lets users inspect shared or broader work without changing applications.
What It Shows and Lets People Do
The Record Explorer runs task recipes and resolves personal view criteria for the current user. Queue views can preselect the queue during creation. Authorized rows expose claiming, release and completion; selecting a row or deep link reads full task detail into the drawer. The creation sheet supplies holder, queue and related-record choices. There is no task deletion command or personal role-offer view.
States and Errors
Read permission gates the page, and query authority governs list data. The header count describes the workspace, which differs from the planning rule for a selected-list count. Failed claims use generic conflict feedback and do not guarantee list or drawer refresh; successful mutations revalidate shared queries.
Patterns It Must Respect
The page combines a recipe-backed explorer, standard layout, creation sheet and detail drawer. Its workspace navigation location and missing role-offer discovery remain planning matters rather than new design decisions.
