Data Quality Overview ​

What the Screen Is For ​

The overview helps staff locate duplicate work across contacts and organizations. It displays the service’s workload summaries rather than calculating comparisons itself.

What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

Five metrics appear for each type when summary data exists, with a latest-check date where available. Confirmed totals and re-check activity returned by the API are not displayed. Review is offered only with review authority; dismissed work remains a reader entry and merge history needs merge-read authority.

States and Errors ​

Loading uses a shared indicator. A never-run workspace shows a dedicated empty explanation rather than zero-filled cards; errors offer retry while leaving available navigation.

Patterns It Must Respect ​

The mounted overview uses the Data Quality header, adapter and shared loading and empty components. Service counts and their capped formatting remain the display source.
