Record Protection and History: Feature Acceptance Suite
What the Feature Must Do as a Whole
The suite follows records through protection, archival, restoration, deletion and history inspection. It checks those actions against an editor’s previously read version and against retained evidence of change. The regression case compares unchanged saves with a changed save that establishes the history check.
Interactions Between Capabilities
The open-editor case joins record lifecycle and protection with version-aware correction. The unchanged-save case also connects persistence to history inspection; its executable contribution covers the contact checks and organization version and timestamp checks, while organization history and stale-save proof remain a recorded gap.
Regression Record
| Revision | Change | Scenario | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | initial | all | Establish the feature acceptance suite from the planning and design contracts. |
| 2 | continuation examination | all | Rewrite the suite explanation, verify its evidence and restore source-backed bindings where available. |
