Complete selected-record changes from a list dialog

Purpose

Staff can launch reviewed changes from selected list records and follow the resulting job without leaving their task.

How It Works

Staff select records in a query result or explorer and choose a bulk action. Update Fields presents the fields supported by its input controls. Preview sends the proposed change for validation before approval. The dialog follows processing and displays its outcome and a job link. Delete opens a validation preview and asks for the counted phrase. Larger updates move into the job wizard with their selection. All-matching selection has a visible collection limit. Duplicate rows from joins represent one target record each. Closing the dialog preserves the submitted job. Permission checks govern both available actions and backend requests.
