Needs Your Attention list ​

What the Screen Is For ​

The list gives staff a focused view of their attention and a route to the record where each condition is handled.

What It Shows and Lets People Do ​

Filters and Show Snoozed select the requested results. Opening an occurrence reveals facts and explanations in the detail drawer; menus offer personal responses according to its class. Load More appends cursor pages. Due and Opened reorder the loaded subset rather than request global server sorting.

States and Errors ​

Initial empty explanations differ from a filtered no-match result. List and detail reads show loading or errors, and action refusals retain the service explanation. Local ordering of only loaded records remains a finding.

Patterns It Must Respect ​

The built page uses PageLayout, PageHeader, Table and Sheet with shared item components and field controls. These existing components define the baseline for the UI-change approval process.
