Register the eligibility vocabulary at deployment
What It Does
Application deployment submits its complete eligibility vocabulary; Platform also registers its internal declarations during migration.
The Flow
Send the complete conditions and purposes owned by the application. Validate operators, application datasets and functions, fields, choices and versions, and reject omitted declarations still used by published rules or bindings. Upsert changed entries, retain refresh policy, associate renamed conditions with successors and withdraw omitted entries in one transaction. Discard the registering process’s vocabulary snapshot after commit.
When Something Fails
A rejected invocation fails the deployment step. The registry remains unchanged. Return the validation problems and surviving dependencies. Validation writes no partial manifest. Any mutation error rolls back registration. No partial registry set commits. Local snapshot invalidation has no remote retry step. Other processes can retain the old snapshot for sixty seconds.
Open Design Questions
Deprecated conditions remain evaluable and can be requested in discovery; withdrawn conditions are excluded. Enabling event refresh requires a changed condition declaration version and emits no business change event.
